Adai dosai is a famous tiffen in south India.Adding multi dhals give this a very good taste & protein rich too. Can make it immediately after preparation of the batter. Can be stored in fridge only for 1 day. This quantity can give up to 15 adai dosas.
toor dal,gram dal,moon dal,raw rice,idli rice – each 1/4 cup;
ulund dal- 1/2 spoon; Wash & soak all this for 2 hours.
roasted gram dal-1/4 cup; red chilly- 6 nos.;pepper, jeera, ginger garlic paste- each 1 spoon; asafoetida-1/4 spoon; salt;oil; big onion-1; curry & coriander leaves.
Grind red chilly, pepper, jeera, ginger garlic paste , asafoetida along with soaked dhals. Add roasted gram dhal, salt & grind all these to a coarse paste. Add finely chopped onion,curry & coriander leaves. Add some water & make it to dosa batter consistency. Make adai dosa , add oil & cook both sides as shown.
