Panniyaram is very common tiffen in Tamilnadu especially in Salem. Normally panniyaram is cooked in panniyaram pan.. Here it is made in thalipu karandi, so called karandi panniyaram.
Curry, coriander leaves
Take a heavy thalipu karandi, add little oil..
Add finely chopped onion, curry coriander leaves jeera to dosa batter.
Add a laddle batter in karandi, cook in very low flame for 2,3 minutes. Flip it as shown, cook the other side in low flame for 2,3 minutes.
