This amount will be enough for 8 person.
Potato – 3 large
Green peas – 200 gm
Small Onions – 20
Green chilly – 1
Tomato – 1
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Coconut – 8 tbs
Cashew – 4
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 5 tsp
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Curry masala powder – 1 tsp
Recipe for Curry masala..
Salt, oil, curry leaves, coriander leaves.
Use a iron Kadai to do this, it gives a nice taste for the kuruma.
Cook potato and peel the skin. Cook green peas. Cut Onions and green chilli very finely as shown. Or you can mash in mixie. Mash the tomato.

In 5 tbs of oil fry mashed Onions, green chilli in high flame until it becomes golden. Add Ginger garlic paste and fry, add tomato and fry for 2 minutes.
Add all powders, mix add potato, green peas along cooked water. Add salt mix well.. Keep in low flame for 3 minutes.
Grind Coconut, Cashew to a fine paste, add it to the gravy add Curry leaves and add water according to the consistency. Cook for 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves, switch off.
