We all like Tomato Rasam.. We can make it using cooker.. No need to soak, squeeze tamarind,.. Few whistles in Cooker, one beat in mixi,.. Rasam ready..
To buy 2 liter prestige stainless steel cooker shown in the video
Tomato – 4
Tamarind – Amla size
Garlic cloves – 5
Green chilli – 1
Curry leaves, coriander stems
Water – 250 ml
Add all together in Cooker, cook for 4 whistles. Open when steam down, cool it for 10 minutes. Remove green chilli, curry, coriander leaves. Add Salt, grind it.
Add it to cooker, add
2 tsp rasam powder
Add 2 glass of water. Mix, taste and adjust water, salt. Keep in stove, let it come to single boil.
In a tsp of oil, fry mustard seeds, red chilli, curry leaves, Hing.. Add it in top of rasam, add coriander leaves. Switch off, close with lid immediately to retain aroma..
Every one of you know tomato rasam.. Try once using this Cooker method,.. It makes our job easy, as well as we get a very tasty aromatic Rasam too..
