This is simple lunch menu, which is very tasty. Here I used very less vessels for cooking. Watch the recipes and organised cooking method.
Lady’s Finger Fry
Ingredients and steps
Thour dhal – 100 gm
Red chilli 5
Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Garlic – 8 cloves
Coconut – 3 tbs
Salt, gingerly oil, hing, curry leaves
In oil fry all ingredients as shown, add Coconut, salt, hing, garlic, curry leaves. Grind it to a smooth paste by adding 1 cup of water.
Tamarind – 1 lemon size
Tomato – 1
Pepper, coriander seeds, jeera – 1 tsp each
Garlic – 5 cloves
Salt, hing, curry leaves, coriander leaves.
Soak Tamarind, tomato in 1/2 cup of hot water for 15 minutes. Take out the pulp as shown. Mash the tomato, add salt and boil it for 2,3 minutes.
Powder all ingredients and add it, add Curry, coriander leaves, adjust the water according to the taste, bring it to just one boil, switch off and close with a lid.
Lady’s Finger Fry
Lady’s Finger – 3/4 kg
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Wash Lady’s Finger and dry it without water, cut into pieces.
In oil fry it close and cook in medium flame for 3,4 minutes.
Add salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder and mix, close and cook for 3,4 minutes in low flame.
Open, cook in high flame for 3,4 minutes, until it becomes roasted.
Soak 250 gm Ponni boiled rice for 30 minutes, cook along with 1 litre water in a pot for 15 minutes, once it cooked, stain the excess water. Or can be cooked in pressure cooker along with 700 ml water.
