Banana Stem Dosai
Idly Rice – 1 cup
Ulund – 2 Tspn
Fenugreek seeds – 1 Tspn
Banana Stem – 1/2 feet. size
Cummin seeds (Jeera) – 1 Tspn
Curry leaves little
Coriander leaves little
Soak the rice, ulund and fenugreek seeds in water for 3 hours. Take 1/2 feet size banana stem clean and peel of the outer skin. Slice it like round billets and add them little by little to the soaked ingredients and blend it in a mixer grinder. Add required amount of salt and blend it to the dosa batter consistency.
Add 1 Tspn Cummin seeds (Jeera) and little curry leaves. Add some coriander leaves and mix it well.
Now pour the batter in the hot tawa using a laddle and spread it on the tawa as like dosa. Apply oil on the corners. Flip the dosa to other side. Then the healthy Banana stem Dosa will be ready.
