Bread upma is a breakfast food made using the bread pieces sauteed in spices. It is easy to prepare and instant healthy dish for breakfast.
Bread slices – 4
Big Onion – 1
Green chilly – 2
Oil – 2 spoon
Pepper powder – 2 to 3 pinches
Cut the bread in to small size pieces. Chop the onion finely. Slit the green chilies. Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once the mustard starts to pop, add the onion and green chilies. Saute the onion well. After the onion is sauteed, add the bread pieces and saute it well. Later add required amount of salt.
Saute it well and add some coriander leaves on the top. Switch of the stove. The Bread Upma is ready.
