Carrot – 2 ( 250 gm)
Big Onion – 1/2
Green chilly – 1
Chilly powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/8 tsp
Coconut – 1 tbs
Salt, oil, curry leaves, mustard seeds, Ulundu dhal
Peel the carrot and cut finely. Put it in steam plate or idly plate and steam cook as shown, for 3,4 minutes.
In 2 tsp oil fry mustard seeds, Ulundu dhal, add Onion, chilly, curry leaves and fry for 2 minutes.
Add cooked carrot, salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and cook for 2 minutes, until it gets dry.
Remove the green chilli, add Coconut, mix and switch off. That is it..
