Dosa batter, oil, salt, jeera, onion -1cup, tomato-1cup, cauliflower finely chopped -2cups, ginger garlic paste – 1/2 spoon, turmeric powder, garam masala powder-1/4 spoon, chilly powder 1 1/2 spoon, coriander powder-1 spoon.
In 2 spoons of oil fry few jeera,add onionfry it for a min. add ginger garlic paste,all powders and tomato. fry for 1 min. add cleaned and finely chopped cauliflower, salt and 1/4 cup water.cover and cook for 3 min. open and allow it to a dry curry.
spread dosa batter to a thick uttappam,spread 2 table spoon masala over it ,add some oil around.cover ,cook in medium flame. open and turn it,cook until it roasts.
this measurement will make 4 to 5 dosa.
