Chicken 65 is a favorite dish for most of us. We can have it as a snack, starter, side dish..
Chicken – 750 Gm – small pieces cut with bones.
Corn flour – 2 tbs
Rice flour – 1 tbs
Gram flour – 1/2 tbs
Chilly powder – 3 tap
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Thick fresh curd – 2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Egg – 1
Oil to fry.
Onion and lemon slices to serve.
Wash the chicken, squeeze the water and keep it dry.
Mix all flours, salt all Powders as shown. Add ginger garlic paste, curd, lemon juice, egg and mix well again to a paste. Don’t add any water.
Add chicken to the paste and coat well. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
Deep fry as shown in batches.
Serve it with onions and lemon slices.
