We all know lemon rice.. What is Coriander Lemon Rice?.. Adding fresh Coriander leaves paste gives a excellent taste and aroma to lemon rice.. This will be loved by women in pregnancy periods.. And also good choice for lunch box.
Rice – 1 cup
Lemon – 2 to 3
Coriander leaves – 1 cup
Green chilly – 5
Red chilly – 2
Jeera – 1 tsp
Gingerly oil – 5 tsp
Mustard seeds, ulund dhal, gram dhal, assafotida, turmeric powder, salt, curry, leaves.
Cook the rice 3/4 th and let it cool.
Grind Coriander leaves, 3 green chilly, Jeera to a fine paste, adding very little water.
In oil fry mustard seeds, deals, assafotida, green chilly, red chilly, curry leaves, add Coriander paste and cook in low flame for 2 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, salt, Coriander leaves, mix well and switch off.
Add cooked rice, lemon juice and mix gently.. Adjust salt and lemon juice according to the taste.
