Corn Pakkoda, made using fresh corn, is a good Crispy evening snack..enjoy with hot tea or coffee.
Ingredients and steps
Medium size corn – 3
Green chilli – 2
Garlic Cloves – 4
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Take out corn as shown in the video, grind all together without adding water. Just give one pulse in mixi. It should be very course.
Onion, curry, coriander leaves
Corn flour or rice flour – 2 tsp
Add all together, mix. Deep fry in oil as shown. Fry in low flame.
