Mushroom Soup is a healthy soup. Learn how to make a creamy restaurant style Mushroom Soup, using homely ingredients
Mushroom – 200 Gm. Clean it and chop into 4.
Corn flour – 2 tsp
Onion – chopped – 2 tbs
Garlic – chopped – 1 tbs
Green chilly – 1
Boiled milk – 250 ml
Milk cream – 3 tbs
Salt, sugar, ghee, Coriander leaves.
In a tsp of ghee fry onion, garlic and green chilly for a minute, add mushrooms and fry. Allow it to cook for a minute.
Add 1 cup water, 1/4 tsp Salt and cook for 3 minutes.
Stain it and allow it to cool. Take out few mushrooms for toping. Grind others to a paste by adding little water. Mix the paste to the cooked water.
In 1/2 tsp of ghee, fry corn flour for a minute in low flame. Add 1 cup of water and mix continuously for a minute, without lumps. Cook it for 2 minutes, add milk and cook it for 2 minutes.
Add mushroom paste, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add sugar and Coriander leaves.
Serve hot in a bowl by adding, cooked mushrooms and cream over it.
