    Hi mam,
I am a beginner and fond of learning and try out new dishes for which your videos/tips to this generation are very thoughtful and inspired us.

I tried out many recipes and give some shocks / surprises to my husband.thanks for the great effort of teaching all from what you learnt.

It would be very useful to make a video like (how to prepare idiyappa flour or rice flour in large quantity and how to store for long time).
This type of flour preparations will be very useful as a learner,we are not aware of this.
Asked this to many senior people and got a reply like “padham romba mukkiyam, ungaluku varadhu ma”.If I learnt this,I would prepare brown rice flour and many like this.Really want to try out this .So please take a concern 🙂

Expecting a video soon on this 🙂
Appreciations on your work Gowri mam.:):):)

Hai.. Nice to hear from you.. I usually buy rice flour from stores.. For making kolulatai I use to dry roast and use.. For mavillaku , and athirasam.. We prepare freshly at home for Pooja.. But that flour we can’t store.. I already added this video.. We make flour using raw rice.. So I think if we make using brown rice.. It will not be suitable.. Using raw rice, you soak rice, for 30 minutes, dry it in mild sunlight and grind and slice .. You can store in fridge and use for Idiyapam ..
