Egg Burgi Gravy is a quick and tasty side dish for Chappathi, Poori and Roti.Dhaba style srumbled egg curry for you.
Onions – 2 ( 1 cup chopped)
Tomato – 3 (1 cup grinded)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Chilly powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Egg – 3
Boiled milk – 1 tbs
Salt, oil, turmeric Powder, bay leaf, jeera, coriander leaves
In 3 tsp of oil fry 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp of jeera and add onions and fry for 2 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste, all Powders and mix well. Add grinded tomatoes and a cup of water. Add salt and cook for 5 whistles.
In 3 eggs add milk and mix well. In a tsp of oil add egg, 1/4 tsp of salt and scramble it for 2 minutes. It should be soft cooked.
Add the egg to the gravy and cook for 2 minutes, add coriander leaves.
