Restaurant style Egg Fried Rice ,easily made with homely ingredients.
Ingredients:
Basumathi rice – 1 cup.(200 gms ),egg-4, onion-1/2, carrot -1, beans- 6, coriander leaves,salt,oil, pepper powder- 1 tea spoon,green chilly-4 ( or you can use green chilly sauce a tea spoon ) , soya sauce- 1 tea spoon.
Steps:
Cook rice 3/4 , keep it to cool for 2 hours. In 5 spoons of oil fry, beans for 1 minute, add carrot and fry for a minute, now add onion ,green chilly, pinch of salt and fry for a minute. Add pepper, soya sauce, cooked rice ,salt and fry in medium flame for 3 minutes. Add coriander leaves ,mix and transfer rice. Now in a spoon of oil scramble eggs with salt.Add rice and mix well.You can remove green chilly .
