Egg Kushka | முட்டை குஸ்கா

Learn how to prepare Egg Kushka Exclusively on Gowri Samayalarai. Simple and tasty egg kuska. It can be served with a gravy & raitha.

Ingredients:

Jeera|/ Basmati Rice – 1 cup, boiled egg -3 nos, big onion -1, tomato -1, green chilly -2, ginger garlic paste -1 spoon, turmeric powder, salt, oil, ghee, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, lemon juice 1/2 spoon, mint, coriander leaves.

To Grind

2 table spoons of coconut, 2 green chillies, 1 cardamon, 1/2 spoon of fennel seeds. Grind all these take coconut milk.

Steps:

In 4 spoons of oil & 1 spoon of ghee fry bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves. Add onions fry. Add green chilly, tomato, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder. Add soaked rice with out water, fry for a minute, add coconut milk 1 glass & 1 glass of water, add salt, mint, coriander leaves, mix & cook for 1 whistle. Open add boiled eggs mix & cook in slow flame for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice and mix.
