Egg Lady’s finger curry is delicious and tasty curry, will be loved by your kids.
Ingredients
Lady ‘s finger – 200 gm
Egg – 2 to 4 as per your needs
Chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt, oil
Steps
Wash and dry the Lady’s finger without wetness. Chop into pieces.
In 3 tsp of oil, fry Lady’s finger for 2 minutes. Add turmeric, chilly powders and salt. Mix well, close and cook in low flame for 4 minutes.
Open and mix well and cook in open lid for 2 minutes until it becomes crispy.
Push the vegetable to the corners and add eggs in center of the pan, add little salt and pepper powder and cook it for 2 minutes, until it gets cooked.
Now mix all together well.
