Egg Franke are usually made of Maida.. Let us do it using wheat flour, so it will be healthy. This is a very easy and quick recipe, suits for lunch box, breakfast, evening tiffin..
Wheat flour -1/2 cup
Egg – 1
Salt, sugar, ghee
Onion, green chilly, lemon juice, tomato sauce ( you can also add cabbage, carrot as per your choice)
Mix wheat flour, little salt, sugar and ghee.. Add water and make it as a soft dove. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Slice onion, green chilli finely, add little salt, lemon juice, keep aside.
Beat egg along pinch of salt. Roll dove as shown. Cook one side, add ghee, cook other side. Spread egg, flip and cook as shown.
Add ghee, pepper and take out.
Add onion stuffing as shown, add tomato sauce, roll it. Serve along tomato sauce.
