A delicious,spicy,traditional fish fry recipe, with less oil.
Fish – 1kg (10 pieces); ginger garlic paste- 1 teaspoon; chilly powder- 2 spoons; coriander powder- 1/2 spoon; salt; turmeric powder; corn flour- 1 spoon; rice flour- 1 spoon; oil- 8-10 spoons.
Wash the fish & strain the water. Mix all ingredient in the fish & marinate for 2 hours. Heat the oil & fry fish , 1 piece at a time. Keep for 3 mins in one side, turn over & cook for another 3 mins.
