Kadai Paneer
Dry spicy Kadai Panner
Ingredients
Panner -100 gm
Onion , capsicum, Tomato – 1/2 each ( cut into cubes )
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Sugar -1/4 tsp
Salt , coriander leaves, oil,jeera
To grind
Onion -1 : Tomato -1 : ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Fry them in 1 tsp oil and grind it to a paste
Steps
In 2 tsp of oil fry jeera, add onion and fry for 2 minutes , add capsicum, Tomato and fry for a minute.
Add all powders , grinded paste and salt .Add little water and cook for 2 minutes
Add Panner, garam masala, sugar and cook for 2 minutes,Add Coriander leaves.
