A widely liked restaurant style Gravy, made with multiple vegetables, suited for roti, Chappathi, pulav.
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Cashew nuts – 4
Jeera – 1 tsp
In 2 tsp of oil fry onion for 2 minutes, add ginger garlic paste and tomato, add pinch of salt and cook for 2 minutes. Add cashew, jeera and switch off. Grind this to a smooth paste.

Capsicum – 1/2
Baby corn – 2
Potato – 1
Carrot – 1
Beans – 5
Califlower – 1/4 cup
Butter – 4 tsp
Chilly powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt, oil, Coriander leaves
In 1 tsp of butter fry onion, capsicum and baby corn. Keep it aside.
In 2 tsp of butter fry other vegetables for 7,8 minutes in medium flame with little salt. Keep it aside
In 4 tsp of oil fry grinded paste along with all Powders except garam masala, and salt. After 2 minutes add fried vegetables and add 2 cups water, close and cook for 7,8 minutes.
Add fried onion, capsicum, baby corn, garam masala, sugar and cook for 2 minutes.
Add Coriander leaves, switch off and add 1 tsp butter.
