Channa gram dhal Sundal is a famous recipe for Navarathri prasatham.
Channa Gram Dhal – 1 cup
Oil, salt, green chilly, red chilly, turmeric powder, chilly powder, curry and Coriander leaves, coconut.
Wash and soak dhal for 2 hours. Cook with little water for 2 whistles.
Put salt in cooked dhal. In 2 tsp of oil fry mustard seeds, jeera, hing, add red chilly, green chilly,curry leaves. Add turmeric, chilly powders. Add cooked dhal along with the cooked water.
Cook for 2,3 minutes, until water is dry. Add coconut, Coriander leaves
