Peanut balls
A protein and iron rich snacks recipe .. Simple method .. No cooking
Ingredients
Roasted peanuts – 200 gm
Jaggery -200 gm
Steps
Take roasted peanuts , if it is with skin , remove the skin as shown
Break jaggery into pieces. Grind both in dry mixer jar
Adjust jaggery according to consistency.. Make it as balls
Store air tight
