A Multi Veg Poriyal will be served in weddings, functions looks attractive. Let us see how to make this.
Cabbage – 200 Gm.
Green peas – 3 tbs
Beans – 5
Carrot – 1 small
Moong dhal – 2 tbs
Red chilly – 1
Green chilly – 2
Coconut – 1 tbs
Oil, salt, mustard seeds, curry, Coriander leaves.
Dry roast moong dhal and soak it for 10 minutes. Chop vegetables finely.
Add green peas in a steam or idly plate and steam cook for 2 minutes. Open and add beans and moong dhal, again cook for 2 minutes.
Add carrot and cabbage and cook for 3 minutes. No need to add water.
Keep aside the cooked vegetables. There will be little water in it.
In 2 tsp of oil fry, mustard seeds, red chilly, green chilly, curry leaves and add cooked vegetables along the water. Add salt, mix well and cook in high flame for 2 minutes, until it gets dry.
Add coconut, Coriander leaves, mix well and switch off.
Now the colorful Multi Veg Poriyal is ready.
