Tapiaco, in Tamil we say Kuchi Killangu. This video shows how to cook it. We can cook it in cooker along salt and have it as a snacks.
Ingredients and steps
Kappa killangu – 1 kg
Soak it in water for 15 minutes. Peel the skin as shown in the video.
In cooker cook this along water and salt for 2,3 whistles.
Now it is ready. You can eat it as a snacks. It can be also eat along sugar or jaggery.
Also can eat along with any gravy.
