Kollukatai Flour – 1 cup

Gingerly oil – 1 tsp
Green chilly – 1
Mustard seeds, ulund and gram dhal, asfotida, curry, Coriander leaves, coconut, salt.
In flour mix salt, coconut, Coriander leaves. In oil fry mustard seeds, deals, asfotida, curry leaves and add it to the flour and mix well.
Grind green chilly with a spoon of water and filter it to the flour.
Boiled little water, add it little by little and mix it as a dove. This will need only 2,3 tbs of water.
Grease your hand and steam plate with oil, make Kollukatai as shown.
Bake it in idly pot for 7,8 minutes
