Bonda is a common snack. Let us add a keerai and make it more tasty. This will be nice as a side dish for rice and also a good choice for evening tea time.
Thandu Keerai – 1,1/2 cup
( washed and cut finely along with tender stems. You can use siru keerai or Arai keerai also)
Gram flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Chilly powder – 1,1/2 tsp
Green chilly – 1
Mix all ingredients together, add water little by little and make it to a bonda batter consistency as shown.
Add little warm oil. Deep fry into small bondas. Cook for 4,5 minutes, and take out when it is crisp.
