Let us see how to make a easy sweet Pachadi using raw mango. It will be sweet, sour and little spice. It can be stored outside for 3,4 days and in fridge for 3,4 weeks.
Raw Mango – 1
Jaggery – 4 to 6 tbs
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Oil, mustard seeds, red chilly, hing, curry leaves.
Cut mango as shown. You can do with skin or without skin. In a pan add mango, 1 cup water and cook for 3,4 minutes.
Add salt, Powders and cook for 2 minutes. Add jaggery and cook for 3,4 minutes.
In little oil, fry mustard seeds, hing, red chilly, curry leaves and add it to the Pachadi.
