By adding Mango pulp to the rice kheer, you can make delicious Mango kheer in this mango season
Mango – 1 ( peel, cut and grind into a pulp)
Basumathi Rice – 1tbs
Boiled milk – 250 ml
Cashew – 2
Sugar – 8 to 10 tsp
Pista – 3 (optional )
Mango pieces – for topping
Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes. Grind rice and cashew.
Boiled a glass of water and add grinded rice, cook for 5 minutes.
Once it is done, add milk, sugar and boil for 2 minutes.
Check the taste and adjust sugar. Allow it to cool for room temperature.
Add mango pulp and mix well without any lumps. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk.
Cool it in fridge for 1 hour. Serve along with Mongo pieces.
