Mango Lassi is a yummy and delicious recipe. It is a simple and easy recipe to do at home. This recipe is made with mango slices, curd and sugar. It is topped with sabja seeds, which helps to cool down the body heat.
Ingredients:
Mango – 1/2 (cut into pieces)
Curd – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 spoons
Sabja seeds – 1 spoon (soak for 30 minutes)
Ice Cubes – optional
Preparation:
First blend the mango pieces into pulp, then add the curd, icecubes and sugar. Icecubes is optional. Again blend them to a fine pulp. Now the Mango lassi is ready. Refrigerate the serving glass and put some sabja seeds into the glass, then add the mango lassi on the sabja seeds. Mix it well. Then do toppings with sabja seeds and serve cool.
