Mint Raw Mango Rice is a different Recipe..once try this..you will definitely become a fan of this..
Mint leaves – 1 cup
Green chilly -3
Grind all this to a fine paste adding a little water.
Cook 200 gm of rice and let it cool.
Raw Mango- 1 small ( peel and grade )
Small Onion -10
Red chilly, green chilly – 2 each
Gingerly Oil, salt, turmeric powder, mustard seeds, ulund dhal,gram dhal,assfotida, curry leaves
In 5 tsp of oil fry mustard seeds, ulund dhal ,gram dhal, assfotida,curry leaves.add chilly,onion,and fry.
Add graded Mango and fry for 2 minutes.Add Mint paste ,salt and cook for 2 minutes.Add turmeric powder,mix well .allow this to cool for 10 minutes.
Mix with cooked rice.adjust salt as per your taste.
