Multigrain Porridge Milkshake is a cool and healthy drink especially for kids. This is made using the multigrain flour (Satthu Maavu) with water and boiling it for a while and blending it with milk.
Ingredients:
Multigrain Flour – 2 Tbspn
Palm Sugar – 1 Tbspn
Dry ginger powder – 1/4 tspn
Cardamom powder – 2 pinch
Milk – 1 cup (Boiled and refrigerated)
Steps:
Boil 1 cup of water in a pan. Mix the flour with little water and make it to a liquid form and add it to the boiling water. Allow it to boil and cook it for minimum 10 mins by adding a tbspn of palm sugar or jaggery. Later add dry ginger powder and cardamom powder then give a good mix. Cool down the porridge and refrigerate it. Other side take a cup of refrigerated milk. Add the cool chill porridge and milk to a blender and blend it with adding ice cubes. Now the chill Multigrain porridge milkshake is ready.
