Mushroom is a protein rich food and also quick to cook, so this Mushroom fry will be nice as a side dish in your lunch box.
Mushroom – 200 Gm
Onion – 1
Green chilly – 1
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp
Ginger, garlic paste – 1/4 tsp
Roasted gram powder – 1 tsp ( powder roasted gram – Pottu kadalai – in a dry mixer jar to a fine powder)
Oil, salt, curry leaves.
Wash mushrooms and cut into pieces.

How to clean Mushroom
In 2 tsp of oil fry onion, green chilly fy2 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and mushrooms, salt, mix well, close and cook for 3 minutes.
Add pepper, garam masala and cook in open lid for 2 minutes, until it gets dry. Add curry leaves, roasted gram flour, mix well and cook for a minute.
