Mushroom Egg Poriyal is made with Mushroom and Egg.
Mushroom – 200 grams
Egg – 3 Nos.
Big Onion – 1 No. chopped
Ginger Garlic paste – 1/4 Tspn
Little Turmeric powder
Red chilly powder – 1/2 spoon
Heat the pan with 2 spoon oil and saute the onion. Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute it. Now add the powder ingredients. Then add the mushroom. Add little salt and saute it well. Add 1/4 cup water and close the lid for 3 mins.
On the other side scramble the egg. Heat the tawa with 1/2 spoon oil and pour 3 eggs, add 3 pinch salt and mix it well. Scramble it well. Add little pepper.
The water in the mushroom should be dried up. Once the mushroom is cooked add the scrambled egg to the mushroom. Mix it well, the mushroom egg poriyal is ready.
