Mutton Pepper Sukka

Mutton pepper fry ,made by freshly made pepper powder.Easy & tasty side dish for briyani, rasam, curd rice.

Ingredients

Mutton- 3/4 kg,ginger garlic paste-1 table spoon, mashed small onion-10, chopped small onion- 15,green chilly-2,chilly powder-1 teaspoon, coriander powder-1 tea spoon, turmeric powder,salt, oil, curry, coriander leaves.

To grind
pepper-1 tea spoon, fennel seeds- 1 tea spoon, jeera- 1/2 tea spoon, cinnamon- 3,cloves-5
Dry roast all and make it as a fine powder.

Add ginger garlic paste, onion paste,turmeric ,chilly,coriander powders,salt to mutton ,mix and keep in open lid for 3 minutes. Add a glass of hot water and cook for 8 to 10 whistel. In 4 spoons of oil fry onion, green chilly,add fresh powder ,cooked mutton along cooked water. Cook for 5 minutes in high flame. If u want a semi gravy, u can now take it off. If u want a dry sukka keep in low flame for 3 minutes ,until it become dry. Add curry leaves ,mix well, add coriander leaves.
