Country chicken gravy in village style..
Country chicken – 750 Gm
Small onions – 20
Red chilly, green chilly – each 1
Tomato – 1
Coconut – 6 tbs
Curry, Coriander leaves, turmeric powder, salt, gingerly oil, mustard seeds.
Coriander seeds – 4 tsp
Red chilly – 8 to 10
Pepper, jeera, fennel seeds, poppy seeds – 1 tsp each
Cinnamon – 2, cloves – 4
Dry roast all, add little curry leaves and grind it to a fine powder.
Ginger 2 pieces, garlic – 6, small onions – 4
Grind them course.
In 3 tsp of oil fry mustard seeds, add onions, chilly fry for 2 minutes. Add ginger garlic,mix, add tomato and chicken.
Mix well, and cook for 3 minutes. Add grinded powder, turmeric powder, mix well. Add 2 glasses of water and salt, allow it to boil.
Close and cook for 20 whistles.
(if you do in Broiler chicken 1 whistle is enough)
Grind coconut to a smooth paste. Add it to the gravy, allow it to cook for 4,5 minutes. Add curry, Coriander leaves.
