Salem Chicken Gravy ~ Salem Chicken Fry ~ Kal dosai ~ Egg dosai
Ingredients
Chicken- 750 g
Small onion- 20
Tomato- 1
Non-Veg kulambu powder- 8 tsp
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Curry masala powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Coconut- 8 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
Roasted gram dhal- 2 tbsp
Oil; salt; curry & coriander leaves;
Steps
In 4 spoon of oil, fry onion. Add mashed onion, ginger garlic paste, all powders & fry. Add tomato; mix well. Add chicken & fry for 2 mins.
Add 2 glasses water, salt. Close & cook for 12 mins. Grind coconut & roasted gram to a fine paste.
Take out the cooked chicken for chicken fry. Add coconut paste to the gravy. Add curry leaves, pepper powder & cook for 4 mins. Add coriander leaves.

Cooked chicken taken out from the chicken gravy
big onion- 1
curry masala – 1 tsp
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Red chilly -2
Oil; salt; curry & coriander leaves
Steps
In 4 spoons oil; fry onion, red chilly, curry leaves. Add all powders. Pour 1/4 cup of chicken gravy. Add chicken, little salt & cook in low flame for 5 mins. Add coriander leaves
