A different Onion Masala, using pav baji masala powder. This is suitable for all tiffen items and rice.
Onion – 4
Tomato – 2
Garlic cloves – 6
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Green chilly – 1
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Jeera powder – 1 tsp
Pav bhaji masala powder – 1 tsp
Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil, salt, Coriander leaves.
Chop onions, garlic, green chilly, Coriander leaves finely. Grind tomatoes.
In 4 tsp of oil fry onions, green chilly and garlic for 4 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste, all Powders and mix. Add grinded tomatoes, Coriander leaves, salt and add 1/2 cup water. Close and cook for 6,7 minutes.
Open, check for salt and spice. Add some water and cook for 5 minutes.
Yummy Onion Masala is ready.
