Panner Butter Masala will be our first choice, when we go to restaurants. Let us see how to make Restaurant Style Panner Butter Masala using homely ingredients.
Panner – 150 Gm
Onion – 1
Tomato – 4 or 5
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Cashew – 10
Fresh cream – 4 tbs
Butter – 4 tsp
Red chilly powder – 1,1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
Bay leaf, Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, salt, sugar.
In 1 tsp of butter fry one tsp jeera, add chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes, add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes,cashews, and 1/4 tsp salt and cook for 2, 3 minutes.
Once it cools down, add little water and grind to a smooth paste. In 1 tsp of butter fry panner cubes for a minute and keep aside.
In 1 tsp of butter fry, red chilly powder for a minute, add hole garam masala, add grinded paste, little water, salt and cook for 5 minutes.
Add garam masala powder, sugar, and panner cubes , add Kasuri methi and 2 tbs of cream and cook for 3,4 minutes.
Change it hot to a serving bowl, add 2 tbs of cream and 1 tsp of butter over it for topping.
Enjoy it with roti, Naan, chappathi, parrota, so on…
