Garlic Pepper Chicken In a village style method. It is good for women in pregnancy and after delivery. Garlic helps to improve breast milk.
Chicken – 1/2 kg ( along with liver)
Onion – 1
Garlic cloves – 30
Ginger – 1 ‘inch crushed
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 2 and 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Gingerly oil – 5 tsp
Salt, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, curry, Coriander leaves.
Wash the chicken. In oil fry mustard seeds, fennel seeds add onion and fry for a minute. Add crushed ginger and garlic cloves and fry for a minute. Add little curry, Coriander leaves.
Add chicken, mix well and cook in open lid for 2 minutes. Add turmeric, chilly, Coriander Powders, salt and mix well.
Close and cook in medium flame for 5 minutes. Don’t add water.
Open and add pepper and garam masala Powders, mix well, close and cook in low flame for 6 minutes.
Open, add curry Coriander leaves, mix and switch off.
