Potato Bread Toast is a quick and easy recipe suitable for your evening tiffen and lunch box.

Ingredients

Bread – 8

Potato – 3

Onion – 1

Capsicum – 1

Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp

Chilly power – 1tsp

Coriander powder – 1tsp

Garam Masala powder – 1/4 tsp

Chat Masala – 1/4 tsp

Salt, Coriander leaves, ghee

Steps

Cook and mash potatoes. Add all powders, salt, ginger garlic paste and mix well

Add chopped onion, capsicum, Coriander leaves and mix well

Spread this over bread as shown. Toast in medium flame by adding ghee, as shown.
