Spicy potato pepper fry. Easy to make & very tasty with all variety of lunch items.
Potato- 1/2/ kg; oil; salt; curry leaves; ginger garlic paste – 1 tea spoon; turmeric powder; chilly powder- 1/2 tea spoon; coriander powder- 1 spoon; curry masala-1 spoon; pepper powder- 1 spoon.
Cook potato for 1 whistle. Remove the skin & make it into cubes. Mix it with salt. In 3 spoons oil , fry all the powders, curry leaves & ginger garlic paste. Add potatoes, mix well. Simmer for 2 mins, turn it over & again in simmer for 2 mins, until it gets roasted evenly.
