Recipe

Sprouted Ragi Flour – 2 tbs
Onion – 1/2 tbs
Garlic – 2 cloves
Carrot, Beans, Cauliflower – 1 tbs each
Ghee – 1/2 tsp
Jeera – 1/2 tsp
Hing, pepper, salt, coriander leaves,..
Optional – cream or milk

In ghee fry Jeera, onion, garlic, Vegetables, add 2 pinch salt, one cup water, close cook in medium flame for 8 minutes. Mix ragi flour with 1/2 cup water. Add it, add 2 cups water, salt, cook for 8 minutes. Add hing, pepper, coriander leaves.
If you want add milk or cream over it and serve.
