Raw Mango chutney is a different yummy recipe, each to prepare. This is suitable for plain rice, variety rice. Can be used as a spread for bread and roti.
Raw Mango – 1 cup (peeled and chopped )
Graded coconut – 1 cup
Green chilly – 3
Garlic cloves – 5
Tamarind – 1 piece
Curry & coriander leaves
First grind Mango, without adding water.
Add all others and grind coursly , without adding water.
In 2 spoons of gingerly oil, fry little mustard seeds, ulund dal, asfotida, red chilly, and add this to the chutney and mix well.
You can store this for 2 , 3 days in fridge.
