Let us see how to make a restaurant style Juicy Ginger Chicken. It is a nice combination with fried rice, pulav, Noodles.
Boneless chicken – 1/2 kg – cut into small cubes.
Ginger – 2 “inch – cut into thin pieces
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Onion – 1/2 chopped into cubes
Green chilly – 2
Tomato – 2 grinded
Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Corn flour – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
In 5 tsp of oil fry ginger, finely chopped onion. Add ginger garlic paste and chicken, cook for 2 minutes until the color changes.
Add chilly, turmeric powder, salt and cook it for 5 minutes in open, until the oil comes out.
Keep it spread and let it get slightly roasted in high flame. Flip it and roast for 3,4 minutes.
Now add tomato, some Coriander leaves, mix well, close and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
Add pepper, garam masala and close and cook for 2 minutes. Add soya sauce, cubed onion, splited green chilly and cook in open for 2 minutes until onion get half cooked.
Mix corn flour in little water and add it. Cook for 2 minutes, add Coriander leaves and switch off.
Now it is ready. Try and enjoy
