Let us see a simple method of making yummy raw mango pickle
Raw Mango – 2
Chilly powder – 3 tsp
Vendayam – 1 tsp
Rock salt, hung, gingerly oil.
Cut mango as shown. Mix salt, chilly powder. Dry roast Methi seeds, powder it.
In oil add mustard seeds, hing, add mango, mix cover and cook for 4 minutes in low flame.
Open, check salt and chilly.. If you want add. Add Methi powder. Mix and cook for 2,3 minutes. Switch off, add some more oil.
Once it cool down, store it outside for few days and in fridge for few weeks.
