This will be a good side dish for all types of rice..

Ingredients

Sepan Killangu – 1/2 kg

Onion – 1

Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp

Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Chilly powder – 1/2 tsp

Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp

Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp

Oil, salt, curry leaves, jeera

Steps

Wash and cook Killangu with water in cooker for 1 whistle. Take out steam and peel the skin, cut into one inch thick slices.

Deep fry it in oil, in batches as shown. Grind Ginger garlic paste, all powders to a paste, adding little water.

Chop Onion very fine. In oil fry jeera, curry leaves, add Onion and fry for 3 minutes in high flame. Add masala, salt, mix add fried Killangu, mix well.. Spread one layer.. Cook in medium flame for 6,7 minutes.

Turn it for every 2 minutes. Now keep in high flame and fry for 2 minutes, until it becomes crispy. Keep stirring.. Now it is ready..
