Special Breakfast Diwali Recipes | Pall Poori Idly Poori Uppma Tomato Kuruma Coconut Chutney

Diwali Special Breakfast Recipes

Milk Poori or Milk Boli
Rava Uppma
Idly
Poori
Tomato Kuruma
Coconut Chutney

Milk Poori
Wheat flour – 100 gm
Rava – 1 tbs
Ghee – 1 tbs
Mix all together, add little water and make as a hard dove. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Milk – 250 ml
Sugar – 8 tsp
Saffron, cardamom powder
Boil milk with all other things for 10 minutes in low flame.
Make thick poori, deep fry in oil, dip in milk, take out at once arrange in a plate. Serve along milk.
Rava uppma
Rava – 100 gm
Green chilli – 2
Milk – 1/2 cup
Ginger, curry coriander leaves, oil, ghee, Cashew, mustard seeds, dhals, Hing, salt
Dry roast rava for 3 minutes. In oil, ghee, fry mustard seeds, dhals, Cashew, add green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, Hing, add 1:3 water, salt. Allow it to boil. Add rava as shown, mix cover and cook in low flame for 3 minutes. Add milk, mix cover, cook for 3,4 minutes in low flame, add coriander leaves, little ghee.
