We all like spicy Panner Rice, we get in hotels. We can also make it at home, with less homely ingredients, without any sauces.
Ingredients and steps
Basmati Rice – 1/2 cup (100 Gm)
Soak it for 20 minutes, cook in a pot along 4 glass of water, little salt and cooking oil.. Stain out the starch and allow it to cool.

Panner – 100 gm
Onion – 1
Garlic cloves – 8
Red chilly – 6 to 8
Coriander leaves, salt, garam Masala powder, oil.
Soak red chilly in hot water for 15 minutes. Grind it along garlic and little water to a paste.
In 4 tsp of oil and 2 tsp of butter, add the grinded paste and cook in medium flame for 2 minutes.
Add finely chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes. Add panner cubes, salt, garam Masala and mix well.
Add cooked rice, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add Coriander leaves.
